Joseph Wagner, Jaren Turley and Michael Dufrense will tell you that Social Catering was born out what they felt was a need in the Minneapolis market place. As the proprietors of 2 Minneapolis restaurants (Eat Street Social and North East Social) they envisioned taking on catering in a different way. Less checking of boxes and one-size-fits-all menus; more one on-one personal consultations and unique occasions was their dream. Boutique-style catering is their passion. They know that each client has envisioned exactly what they want their event to be.
"It's our job to make that dream each person has a reality," says Wagner. Hands on from start to finish, Social Catering will conceptualize, plan and execute each event to their clients' standards. "This is all for them", says Turley

We have had the honor to conceptualize, open and run the Northeast and Eat Street Social’s for 9 and 5 years. We feel that with this background we have a noteworthy viewpoint on how to make your event truly in a class by itself. At both spaces we have created a culture and history of hospitality through the culinary arts. The Northeast Social has given us a backbone of superb food, great ambiance and an acute focus on service. The Eat Street location opened our eyes to mixology and gave us ample opportunities to think outside the box of traditional restaurant events.
